A note about shipping…
Beyond Elegance ships UPS Ground and makes arrangements
for your order to arrive two days prior to your event. We
also make all return shipping arrangements with UPS. All
you must do is place the chair covers/linens back in the
boxes that they arrived in (assuming the boxes are in good
condition) and seal the boxes with shipping tape. If they
are not in satisfactory condition, you will need to provide
return shipping boxes. UPS will come to the address
that you provide to us to pick up the chair covers/linens
on the first working day following your event.
We normally pack 50 chair covers per box, which can weigh
all the way from 37 lbs to 46 lbs depending on the style
of chair cover. If you would like to reduce your shipping
costs, we can pack up to 70 per box. This could increase
the weight from 53 lbs to 62 lbs again depending on the style
of the chair cover. Any order over 140 requires being
packed in 3 boxes. Please advise how you would like
your order packed. The shipping quote estimates
above are based on packing 50 per box.
A note about payment information…
One-half of the total order cost is due at the time your
order is placed. The remaining balance must be paid
two weeks prior to the date of order shipment. We also
request that payments be made by credit card, as this is
our insurance on our product. If an item is damaged
beyond reuse or not returned, your credit card will be billed
as follows: $25.50 per satin-stripe chair cover, $21.50 per
polyester chair cover, and $5.00 per sash. We do our
own laundry and specialize in stain removal. Rarely
is there a stain we cannot get out.
Samples are encouraged…
Upon request, Beyond Elegance will ship a chair cover sample
to you so that you may personally view the cover on your
event chair. This is truly the best way to ensure proper
fitting. The only fee charged for this service is the
shipping expense that is incurred by Beyond Elegance and you return at your own expense.
